CrossFit 101
This class is for beginners only! If you have been afraid or intimidated by starting regular CrossFit classes; have never been physically active; or have been out of the game for a while... this "CrossFit 101" class is for you! Class will meet three days per week (Mon 6:30pm; Wed 6:30pm; Fri 5:30pm) . These one-hour classes are for people with NO or very little experience with working out! The class will focus on learning form, gaining mobility, increasing your skills and endurance by using basic CrossFit movements, in drills and workouts, designed for the true beginner. This is a learn as you go class that does not require any pre-class to get started! You can stay in this class as long as you want and when you're ready and comfortable, you can jump into the regular classes.  ** VALID FOR FIRST TIME CROSSFIT CAFE ATHLETES ONLY.

J & C fitness
Jeff and Claudia satellite programming for gym workouts (One life/Golds/Plante Fitness/Anytime fitness...)

My Zone
Access to the CrossFit Cafe "My Zone" app to track all your workouts inside and outside the gym!

Open Gym
This membership option is ideal for those who want to follow their own programming and simply need a space to train. If you’re an olympic weightlifter, power lifter or CrossFit competitor, this would be right up your alley. If you’ve tried this option in your local fitness chain you’ve probably been scolded for dropping plates or making too much noise. We might even let you workout shirtless but you have to bring your own mirror.  Open gym is also available to anyone with an unlimited CrossFit membership.  All CrossFit Daily WOD's and specialty classes have precedence over the open gym athletes with regard to space and equipment.

Unlimited memberships gives you access to all crossfit classes including, the Olympic lifting (barbell club) classes, and open gym. (one exception: men can not take the womens only class for obvious reasons)

Weekly Nutrition class
The nutrition class is a weekly program that meets every Monday from 5:30-6:30 pm at the CrossFit cafe.  The structure of the class is to first go over the success' and challenges over the past week; a block of learning on any number of topics, (nutrition/goal setting/thought process/psychology... the class will then finish with setting goals for the upcoming week!
